Wash the area, apply a thin layer, and massage gently until fully absorbed. Use it 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by the product packaging.

Intact Skin Only: Never apply the cream to broken skin, cuts, scrapes, or open wounds.

Avoid Sensitive Areas: Keep the product away from your eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.

Avoid Heat/Ice: Do not apply heat or ice to the treated area for at least 5 minutes before or after using an arnica product.

Perform a Patch Test: If it is your first time using it, test a small amount on your wrist and wait 24 hours to ensure you don't have an allergic reaction.
