Prepare: Wash your hands thoroughly. If you wear contact lenses, remove them.

Open the Dose: Take a single-use container out of its child-resistant pouch. Twist off the top.

Position: Tilt your head back slightly. Gently pull your lower eyelid down to create a small pocket.

Apply: Squeeze one drop into the pocket of the affected eye(s). One single-use vial contains enough medicine to treat both eyes if needed.

Avoid Contact: Do not let the tip of the dropper touch your eye, fingers, or any other surface to prevent contamination.

Absorb: Close your eye, do not blink, and apply gentle pressure to the inner corner of your eye for 1–2 minutes to allow the drop to absorb.

How It Works Upneeq targets Müller's muscle in the upper eyelid via alpha-adrenergic agonist action, causing controlled muscle contraction that lifts the eyelid. Results are visible within 5–15 minutes and last up to 6–8 hours.
